Andrew Lee Cooper- The Instructor

Andrew Lee Cooper is the proud son of Otis Cooper and a fourth-generation trucker carrying forward the Cooper family's legacy of grit and excellence. He is not only a professional driver but also a respected Senior Instructor who has helped shape the next wave of drivers in the industry. Specializing in flatbed, dry van, reefer, and hopper operations, Andrew has logged thousands of hours behind the wheel and on the training field. At the California School of Trucking, he served as a Senior Instructor, where he played a pivotal role in developing and teaching the FMCSA-compliant Road Ready Program - an advanced curriculum designed to prepare drivers for both compliance and real-world challenges. Andrew's strength lies in his character and teaching ability. Known for his patience, clarity, and discipline, he excels at guiding students through complex skills such as load securement, road safety, and federal compliance. He motivates and challenges his students to rise to their potential while offering the support they need to succeed. Raised in a trucking family, Andrew is the third oldest of four brothers. He was trained under the relentless standards of both his father and grandfather, often described as being "put through hell" to master the industry. That upbringing instilled resilience, discipline, and a deep respect for the profession, qualities he now passes on to his students every day. Andrew Cooper embodies what it means to be "The Instructor"— a leader, mentor, and role model dedicated to building the next generation of truckers and ensuring the Cooper family legacy continues to roll strong across America's highways. 

José Luis González born and raise in Mexicali, Baja California, México. At age 15 he moved to Mexico City where he studied Film and Arts at "Agrupación de Iniciadores de la Televisión Mexicana". At the same time he was studing at "Centro de Capacitación Artistica de Televisa, Emilia Carranza".
His first talk show in the US Mr. Gonzalez had 19 years old with a show that he created and hosted called "Para Jóvenes". After 3 years of success he brought to life another show named "Club Juvenil" taped at Universal Studios Hollywood, where also he was the Executive Producer and the Host at age 22.
In 1995 Mr. González, was an Associate producer of the nationwide Talk Show "El y Ella" aired at Telemundo Network giving the highest rating with several key topics for viewers.
In 1999 he created, produced and hosted another Talk Show called "Quién Tiene la Razón", which aired over a couple of years at KWHY TV channel 22 now Mundo Fox.
In 2001 Jose Luis is hired by LBI to Host and Produce one of the longest and successful shows on the Estrella TV Network history, "José Luis Sin Censura" with close to 1,500 1 hour show episodes, he made his mark with TV viewers not only in the US but also in different countries such as: Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Honduras, El Salvador and many more.
Also, at Estrella TV he produced many TV reality shows such as: "Estudio 2", "En Vivo", "Lagrimita y Costel", "Alarma TV", "Secretos", "Noches con Platanito" and "Retofamosos".
Recently he has created and hosted his new Talk Show: "Te compro tu Historia". Produced by his company called Tele Digital Media, that also produced TV shows, Commercials, Infomercials and Music Videos.
 

 Otis Lee Cooper, known across the highways as the Bounty Hunter Trucker, brings more than 34 years of trucking mastery to the judging panel of *America’s Top Trucker* — a competition he proudly created to showcase the grit, skill, and heart of America’s drivers. A third-generation trucker who proudly raised fourth-generation truckers, Cooper was trained by his father, a veteran with over 50 years behind the wheel as a CDL Owner-Operator.

 From dry van, hopper, reefer, household goods, hot shot, doubles, oversize trailers, film logistics, to tradeshow hauling, Otis has lived every mile of what he now challenges contestants to master. Not only a driver, but also a trainer, teacher, and visionary, Otis is the founder of the California School of Trucking and creator of the Road Ready Program, helping prepare new drivers with the knowledge and toughness to thrive.

 A former independent candidate for U.S. Congress in California’s 25th District (2020), standing up for working men and women Of Native American descent, Cooper often jokes that he was “conceived in a truck — not only does diesel run through my veins, but die-hard batteries are hooked to my heart."
